It offers personalized exercise routines and educational resources to improve endurance, physical fitness, emotional support, and lower health risks, promoting sustainable habits for long-term health.

Cardiac Rehab is beneficial for patients who have experienced:
- Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery
- Acute Myocardial Infarction During the Last 12 Months
- Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA)
- Coronary Stenting
- Heart or Lung Transplant
- Congestive Heart Failure (in some cases)
- Valve Replacement or Repair
- COVID
Pulmonary Rehab is for patients who have experienced:
- COPD
- Emphysema
- Chronic bronchitis
- COVID
- Bronchiectasis
- Interstitial Lung Disease
- Pulmonary Fibrosis
- Pulmonary Hypertension
- Chronic Respiratory Failure/Oxygen Dependence
Phase III Services are available after a patient has completed the more intensive treatments.
