ABOUT US

The Kingman Healthcare Center Foundation (KHCF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) endowment organization dedicated to enhancing health and wellness in Kingman County.

Many people are often surprised to discover that, although our name includes Kingman Healthcare Center, we do not direct our funds to support it. Rather, our resources are invested in businesses, organizations, clubs, and other entities that strive to make a positive impact on the health and wellness of the residents in Kingman County.

FUNDING PROJECTS

• Being the exclusive affiliate of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library Program, providing a free book each month to children from birth to age five, aiming to support early literacy for over 400 local children in Kingman County. More info below.
• Annual sponsor for the Kingman County Strong Color Run for Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Prevention
• Sensory rooms in 2 local elementary schools
• Kingman County Area Resource Guide Magnet Project
• Purchasing essential equipment for local EMS and Rescue
• Safety equipment for high school sports
• Annual scholarships for healthcare careers
• And more!

ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

The KHCF Annual Golf Tournament is held every summer. Since 1996, we have hosted this event annually, except for the year 2020 due to COVID-19, making the 2025 tournament number 28.
