Patient Financial Services

Kingman Healthcare Center (KHC) is proud of its mission to provide exceptional healthcare to all who need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We understand that medical costs and insurance can be challenging, and the Business Office at KHC is here to assist you.

Insurance and Payment

When you check in at Admissions, please provide your current insurance information to us, and KHC will bill your insurance carrier.

Once all insurance matters are settled, you will receive a bill from KHC. Any outstanding balances are your responsibility. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

We now accept payments online.

Pay My Bill

If you are unable to pay the entire balance, please contact Patient Accounts to set up payment arrangements.

Please note: The cost of a procedure is available from the Business Office. If you have certain tests or procedures at KHC, you may also receive a separate bill from independent medical professionals for interpreting the tests.

Kingman Healthcare Center Financial Assistance Policy (FAP)

KHC provides financial assistance to Kingman County patients based on their income, assets, and financial needs. If you do not have health insurance or worry that you may not be able to pay for your care, we may be able to help. If you do not qualify for financial assistance, we will work with you to arrange a manageable payment plan.
