We do Sleep Studies!


Sleep is essential for maintaining good health and overall well-being. Adequate sleep can enhance your mood, improve cognitive function, and boost your performance. Not getting enough sleep can elevate your risk of chronic health issues and hinder your ability to learn, remember, and respond effectively.

"How do I know if I need a sleep study?"

Do people tell you that you snore?
Do your legs feel restless or "active" at night?
Has anyone ever told you that you stop breathing or sound like you gasp for air when you sleep?
Do you regularly have difficulty falling asleep AND staying asleep?
Are you struggling to keep your head up during the day?
Do you fall asleep watching TV frequently?
Does sleepiness and fatigue last for 2 weeks or more?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, a complete sleep evaluation (sleep study) should be discussed with your physician.
