Tyler played basketball while receiving his education at Cloud County Community College and Kansas Wesleyan University. He also received his education from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. Before coming to Kingman, he practiced as a Family PA at Phillips County Hospital.

Tyler enjoys playing golf, participating in and watching anything sports-related, and spending time with his family.
